Redevelopment Coming to Davie Road

Davie Road Ventures, an affiliate of Plantation-based Azur Equities recently assembled three redevelopment sites on Davie Road and has secured approval by the CRA Board and Town Council. The first site is located at 4100 Davie Road and is known as Main Street Lofts. This four-story project will feature 45 garden style apartments and 4,324 square feet of commercial/retail space.  The second site is located at 4260 Davie Road and will feature 34 units with ground-floor retail in a project called Main Street Place.  The third site features a 30 unit building with ground-floor retail called Main Street Courts. The developer expects to break ground on Main Street Courts in July, followed by Main Street Place two months later, and then Main Street Lofts two months after that. Currently, Azur Equities is working on the final piece of land assemblage at 39th Street and Davie Road.  The property at this location is currently under contract and will be called Promenade Davie LLC.  Currently, the plans are to develop this site with 60,000 square feet of retail and office space.




Recently, the Ceiba Group’s, Zona Village project was approved.  The site is located on the former Winn Dixie site located on Davie Road and 39th Street.  This project was approved by the CRA Board and Town Council in November of 2016.  The project will feature 209 rental market rate units and 31,000 square feet of commercial retail space.  Construction will begin in early 2018.



The CRA Board and Town Council approved Nob Hill Partners development of Downtown Davie.  This redevelopment site is located on the southeast corner of Griffin Road and Davie Road and will feature approximately 855 luxury off-campus dorm rooms – spread among five four-story buildings and one five-story tower with shops, cafes and offices located on the ground floors.
